Cross Country Training

With the beautiful sun shine we are treated with these days, we have been making the most of it by getting outside. 
Cross country is in week 2 next term therefore we are building our fitness up. We have noticed how cold the air is on our throat when we are running, but we push through this. So far we are running 5 laps of the tennis court. We want to get fit enough to run about 10!!!
