Every Thursday and Friday morning we do PMP (perceptual motor program) which works to develop children's physical motor skills. It is such great fun and we are learning so many vital skills that we don't even know it.
There are 5 stations set up which focus on 5 different aspects. Eye-tracking, co-ordination, balance, fine motor and strengthening.
Here are some snaps of the children doing so well.
Logan with great control on the bouncy ball
Olivia doing the ball toss.
Eve memorizing the command she was given
Isla and Suzie rolling the ball to each other
Annabelle and Annabelle doing the pencil role perfectly.
Eleanor lumping over the rope with great control
Suzie bouncing the ball in each square so well.
Eye tracking - watching the ball as it sways.
